EPISCOPAL CHURCH WOMEN
Christ Church is blessed to have an active and supportive ECW organization (Episcopal Church Women). All women who attend an Episcopal Church are automatically members of ECW. At Christ Church an executive committee plans annual activities for the ECW, and often the entire parish.
ECW serves actively through the year by hosting luncheons for different events, collecting the bi-annual United Thank Offering, hosting fund raisers for charitable donations, and other activities.
In addition to the full ECW, smaller groups called "Guilds" meet monthly. Every woman of the church is invited to join a Guild. The current ECW President is Jennifer Elebash and she can be reached at for more information.
Flower and Garden Guilds
These guilds operate in addition to the regular ECW guilds. They dedicate their creative gifts and passions to the glory of God and the service of Christ Church by providing flowers and decorations for special events. They also design and provide maintenance for much of the church grounds. If you are interested in learning more about the Flower Guild, contact Margie Phelps at 205-349-2438.
